  • Shopify store setup
  • Supplier sourcing and product uploads

Beauty Republik does not sell or ship physical products.


3. DELIVERY OF BEAUTY REPUBLIK SERVICES

3.1 Digital Delivery

All Beauty Republik services are delivered digitally, including:

  • Access to your Shopify store
  • Store credentials or transfer details
  • Supplier information and setup

Delivery will be made via:

  • Email; or
  • Direct platform access


3.2 Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase
  • Timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on workload and service scope

Beauty Republik shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.


4. THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING (DROPSHIPPING STORES)

If you purchase a dropshipping store:

4.1 Supplier Fulfilment

All product shipping is handled by third-party suppliers, not Beauty Republik


4.2 No Control Over Shipping

Beauty Republik does not control:

  • Shipping times
  • Courier services
  • Order processing speed
  • Delivery outcomes


4.3 Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times will vary depending on:

  • Supplier location
  • Customer location
  • Courier services

Estimated shipping times must be confirmed directly with your supplier.


4.4 Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for:

  • Communicating shipping times to their customers
  • Managing customer expectations
  • Handling delivery-related queries


5. SHIPPING DELAYS AND ISSUES

Beauty Republik shall not be held liable for:

  • Delayed shipments
  • Lost or damaged goods
  • Customs delays
  • Supplier fulfilment failures

All such matters must be addressed directly with the supplier.


6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping availability and regions depend entirely on the chosen supplier.

Beauty Republik does not guarantee international shipping capabilities.


7. ORDER TRACKING

Order tracking (if available) is provided by the supplier.

Beauty Republik does not provide tracking services.


8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By operating a dropshipping store, the Client agrees to:

  • Take full responsibility for fulfilment processes
  • Ensure accurate shipping information is provided to customers
  • Manage customer service related to delivery


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Beauty Republik shall not be liable for any:

  • Shipping delays or failures
  • Supplier-related issues
  • Customer disputes arising from delivery
