REFUND POLICY
Beauty Republik – REFUND POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION
This Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with the Beauty Republik of Service.
By purchasing any product or service from Beauty Republik (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“the Client”) agree to this Refund Policy.
2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Beauty Republik provides:
- Digital products
- Customised digital services
- Business setup services (including Shopify store creation)
Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of these products and services, refunds are strictly limited.
3. NO REFUND POLICY
3.1 All sales are final and non-refundable once:
- Work has commenced; or
- Any part of the service has been delivered; or
- Access to digital assets, files, or store credentials has been granted
3.2 By completing a purchase, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
4. EXCEPTIONS (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Where Beauty Republik fails to deliver the purchased service entirely;
- Where required under applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”);
Any such refund shall be assessed at Beauty Republik’s sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The Client acknowledges that:
- They are purchasing a business setup service, not guaranteed results
- Success depends on their own efforts, execution, and external factors
- Dissatisfaction based on lack of sales or business performance does not qualify for a refund
6. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
6.1 Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid legal grounds constitutes a breach of this Policy.
6.2 Beauty Republik reserves the right to:
- Dispute such claims with supporting evidence;
- Suspend or terminate services;
- Pursue recovery of funds and associated costs
7. PROCESS FOR REQUESTS
All refund-related queries must be submitted in writing to:

Requests must include:
- Full name
- Order details
- Reason for request
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
9. DISCLAIMER
This Policy is drafted in accordance with South African consumer legislation.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act where applicable.
